10K Personal Training


Every runner requires effective training besides the practice since this is the only to achieve the set goals and running objectives. As such you just don’t wake up and say you want to start running. Running calls for endurance whereby personal training is even much more preferred. Personal training involves engaging the services of a personal trainer who will guide the runner along to effective fitness that will enhance the running. Other aspects that the personal trainer will look into entails; aerobic endurance, body composition, muscular endurance, flexibility of the runner and the overall physical fitness. In fact research has it that the industry of personal training is growing by day and especially in the United States. This is according to a recent survey conducted by IDEA Health and Fitness Association.


Who should undertake personal training? When you are doing a 10K race, there is no option but to count on a personal trainer. This is the person who will ensure that all is well for you to go for the race. After all it is not all about running but running for a course. This is even more serious if you are looking at healthy and long living with more productive years.  It is a guaranteed solution for people with diabetes, heart disease, obesity and those with debilitating disease. However it is not meant to be painful or a grueling thus it should not leave you with any excessive muscle soreness. Instead it should be organized in a way that it is matching and meeting participant’s goals and abilities. In addition, it should be progressive so that the person easily adapts to greater fitness levels. In the long run, it should have significant improvement on any runner.  This is the reason as to why personal training should have a detailed plan, a proper a nutrition plan and guidance for positive behavioral changes. In essence, a personal trainer is expected to manage the complex factors of the client’s lifestyle, stressors, physiology, nutrition, goals and so on. Probably you did not know that some deaths are merely as a result of the mentioned life factors and max international team


What is the future for personal training and what should someone who participates in personal training expect?  Many people are experiencing obesity at a very early age. In this case, it is expected that Personal Trainers will expand their services beyond a physical fitness to fit in nutrition counseling, behavior modification even as many people turn to surgery to battle with obesity. They are also becoming a fantastic resource that is providing individuals with the tools to live long, strong, healthy and fit years. It’s true that from the look of things, most of the healthy systems in many countries can only be taken care of by personal trainers
